Fashion GPS

So as we continue with fashion weeks ss11, we are now dealing with a new element of the industry.  

Fashion GPS is the latest management solution in the industry to simplify and organize the craze that is fashion week.  With fashion GPS – all of my invitations were sent out digitally.  I’m prompted to click on a link, where I can then RSVP ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to the show.  Fashion GPS also has a profile for every attendee to the show.  That profile will include their name, occupation, and even headshot.  I have even heard that each Fashion GPS and allocated PR representative will have an Apple Ipad with a Fashion GPS application that will display the seating chart and a picture image of each persons headshot in their seat.

Fashion GPS will revolutionize the production of Fashion Week and all the shows and will eliminate the vast number of people who ‘sneak in’ to the tents.

It should be pretty interesting and I am excited to see how it goes!
