Shipping & Delivery
Bonnie&Clyde’s offers free shipping within The United States of America(USA) as well as to the European Union(EU) and the rest of the world on orders exceeding two hundred fifty($250) US dollars. 

Upon the placement of an order Bonnie&Clyde’s will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order. Once your order has been verified and payment details have been approved, Bonnie&Clyde’s will email you again to inform you of this.  In the unlikely event that Bonnie&Clyde’s encounters a problem when processing your order you will receive an email from Bonnie&Clyde’s detailing the problem and possibly requesting further information. Shipping times will vary depending on your desired method of shipping. All orders placed and processed will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. Bonnie&Clyde’s uses DHL Express with services from UPS in selected countries. All services make deliveries between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Personal data, collected and/or volunteered by our clients will never be released or provided to any third party.

The security measures on our site are intended to help reduce the risk of any fraudulent or unauthorized access or dispersion of data that could cause personal risk to the security to any one or many of our clients. We encourage all of our clients to ensure the safety and security of the computer they are using prior to entering their personal data into the internet, by making sure their security software is up to date and that they are using a trustworthy internet source provider.

Bonnie&Clyde’s has implemented security measures to protect our clients and their entered data. Despite our efforts, Bonnie&Clyde’s cannot guarantee that these security measures will protect our clients from any or all threats, infringements, or obtainments, of their or any information, which may thereby be obtained by an unassociated source. Therefore we encourage our clients to use up to date anti-viral security software as well as a trustworthy provider of Internet.
Our clients possess the rights, to at any time request the following:
-The confirmation of the existence of personal data relative to the client
-The clear communication of the data together with their source
-The motives and the finality of their data’s use

The request for the information listed above can be renewed within a period of up to ninety(90) days, except for the existence of justified motivations: the cancellation and/or modification in anonymous format of all data in violation of laws, together with the data which is not used for the aims for which they were collected.

Returns & Replacements
Bonnie&Clyde’s will return unworn items within ten (10) days of their arrival date for exchange or store credit. Bonnie&Clyde’s strongly advises all clients to check garments thoroughly upon delivery, before removing any attached tags and prior to the disposal of any original packaging. Items returned must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided. Hosiery must be returned in their unopened packages and lingerie must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments. Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping, except when noted differently by Bonnie&Clyde’s. Bonnie&Clyde’s reserves the right to revoke the exchange or return of property purchased at any time.

Should a client wish to exchange a product, Bonnie&Clyde’s will exchange the product whereby the product is irrefutably inconsistent with the clients initial order, in matters of sizing and damage to the item(s) only. If the item originally purchased is unavailable for exchange, Bonnie&Clyde’s will offer a refund of store credit for the item(s) purchased.

Ordering
When ordering from Bonnie&Clyde’s, Bonnie&Clyde’s requires the use of the following: credit card number, expiration date, security code, client’s name as it appears on card, shipping address, and billing address. If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order will be processed upon checkout. Upon the ordering of any item(s), Bonnie&Clyde’s will provide the client with an email confirmation that their order has been approved. Bonnie&Clyde’s will then send a second (2nd) email once the client’s order(s) is/are processed.  Bonnie&Clyde’s reminds clients that once an order has been placed, no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will arrive separately, except where otherwise noted.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Bonnie&Clyde’s accepts all major credit cards; American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discovercard. When paying with a gift card or store credit, the use of such gift card or store credit must be mentioned at the time of payment. Bonnie&Clyde’s retains the right to the refusal of any payment for any reason whereby Bonnie&Clyde’s for any reasons deems the charges or payments in violation of the laws and by-laws ,which do not adhere to its policies.  Pricing on http://www.bonnieandclydes.com  is subject to change at any time by Bonnie&Clyde’s. Bonnie&Clyde’s guarantees its prices at the time of purchase as well as within twenty four(24) hours within purchase. Therefore should any product reduce in price within twenty four (24) hours of purchase, the client is eligible within the allotted time frame to request a refund in the difference between the sale price of the item, not including any taxes, import duties, shipping, or for any associated cost.

When placing an order using a promotion code, the client must enter the promotion code prior to check out. If for any reason the promotion code does not work, the client must contact Bonnie&Clyde’s directly, prior to check out in order to receive the promotion on their current order. All promotions, payments, and their variables are subject to change.

Viewing Orders
After an order has successfully been placed, the order will appear under the “My Orders” tab on the left side of the page, under the heading “ACCOUNT” at the top right of the Bonnie&Clyde’s homepage.
Updating Account Information
Upon logging in to the Bonnie&Clyde’s site, the “ACCOUNT” home screen will show the following three (3) tabs: Contact Information, Newsletters, and Address Book. To the right of “Contact Information” clients are able to select “EDIT” and then up date their personal information and billing information. To up date your billing address or shipping address, clients must select “EDIT” to the right of the “Address Book” category.
